Thule - UPDATED - Was looking but has found his new family!!!

 

Are you looking for a full size puppy?  

This is one of our pups, but Diana his mom, says "unfortunately, my hands are having issues and my strength is not good with a big strong dog.  I will continue to work with him as much as I can until the right home can be found."

Diana shares:

"Thule was born in March 2022 and is a playful, happy, beautiful 9 month old pup looking for a malamute experienced home. He is a big boy at 100 lbs and loves his toys and playing. He is smart and cuddly as well. He sleeps in his crate at night as well as travels well in the truck - crated or in back seat. He loves to go for car rides. He walks well on leash and longline with a martingale collar or harness. 

As he is young, he is playful and loves to run. He can play hard, so an appropriate playmate is needed. He does well with a senior male toller in the home - he has learned to be gentle with him. He is interested in the cats, which stay away from him to avoid the chase. Something he needs to be worked with, but he has never harmed them - just too quick for them. I suggest a home without small children as he is big and still a bouncy puppy. 

Thule has gone through basic obedience classes as well as scent detection classes. He does really well when he is focused, and as he matures, will be so awesome. He is still a puppy and open to positive reinforcement training. As all mals do, he loves the snow and zooms around in it. He is an awesome young boy that will mature into a great dog for an active home. Needs a fully fenced yard. I have 5 feet."
